摘要
根据自制系列改性纳米TiO2光触媒整理剂nano PC所含不同的活性基团,分别采用接技或交联方法,优化纳米TiO2与纤维坚牢结合的化学负载工艺.结果表明:经后整理将纳米TiO2施加到纤维上(改性纳米TiO2光触媒织物整理剂用量1.5%.在改性nano PC中加入一定量的活性基团,可以提高光触媒剂与纤维共价键交联或接枝的能力),织物对甲醛(VOC)降解率>87%,紫外线防护系数(UPF)>35,织物的抗菌性能(金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌减少率)>85%,经20次洗涤后光催化效果仍无明显变化,且纤维不会产生明显的劣化现象.
According to different reactive groups of self-made series of modified nano-TiO2 photocatalyst finishing agents nano PC,the chemical load technology of nano-TiO2 with fiber were optimized by grafting and cross-linking method.The results showed that,after nano-TiO2 was applied in fiber through after finishing with 1.5% of modified nano-TiO2 photocatalyst finishing agent.The addition of reactive group in modified nano PC could increase the crosslinking and grafting capability of photocatalyst and fibers.The degradation rate of finished fabric to formaldehyde reached over 87%,UV protection factor(UPF) 35,the antibacterial property(reduction rate of S.aureus and E.coli) was over 85%.The photocatalysis effect had no obvious change after 20 cycles washing,and the finished fiber had no obvious deterioration.
