摘要
探讨了纯碱用量、除油剂用量、除油温度对除油剂除油效果的影响,试验表明:当除油剂HS-101D用量2 g/L,纯碱1.5g/L,100℃左右处理涤纶油污织物(或90℃处理氨纶丝),可以达到较好的除油效果.另外,与市场上同类产品的对比试验结果显示,除油剂HS-101D的除油效果相对较好.
The influences of soda amount,deoiling agent dosage,deoiling temperature on the deoiling effect were discussed.The results showed that good deoiling effect could be obtained under the following condition： 2 g/L of deoiling agent HS-101D,1.5 g/L of soda,100 ℃ of deoiling temperature to terylene oil fabric or 90 ℃ of deoiling temporatue to polyurethanes.Compared with other deoiling agent in the market,HS-101D had better deoiling effect.
