摘要
近年来应急通信得到了足够的重视,发展情况良好,但是仍面临许多技术问题。文章介绍了应急通信的基本概念、内涵和特点,以及应急通信的研究和国内外发展现状;对应急通信网络的构建和技术手段进行了系统的分析;提出了应急通信的技术热点和难点;指出了应急通信需要解决的许多技术之外的问题。
Although much attention has been paid to the development of emergency communication in recent years,some technical problems still exist in this field.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of emergency communication,discusses the research and development at home and abroad,and analyses the technical means of emergency communication network construction.The technical hot spot and difficulties are also pointed out in the paper.
