摘要
目的探讨新研制的唾液替代品对致龋变形链球菌的抑制作用。方法参照正常人唾液成分配制唾液替代品,然后加入银杏叶、苦丁茶提取物,分别装入24支试管,采用对倍稀释成4个浓度组,另设一组不含替代品的细菌培养液为对照组。均放入37℃厌氧培养48h,然后观察对致龋变链菌的抑制作用。结果观察到对致龋变链菌的抑制作用最小浓度为2.5g/L,与对照组比较P<0.01。结论说明含天然植物银杏叶和苦丁茶提取物的唾液替代品对致龋变链菌具有抑制作用。
Objective To study the inhibition effect of a new salivary substitute on S. mutants. Methods The salivary substitute was produced according to the normal salivary composition and mixed with Ginkgo biloba L and Ligustrum robustum extraction. The mixture was diluted into four concentrations and added into the culture fluid respectively. The quantity of S. mutants was measured after 48h. Result The minimum concentration of inhibition was 2.5g/L. Conclusion The salivary substitute can inhibit the growth of S. mutants.
