呼吸因素对正畸托槽粘结强度影响的研究

摘要 目的初步探讨呼吸因素对托槽粘结强度的影响。方法选用离体双尖牙500颗,随机分为四组,分别于酸蚀吹干后,在口内与口外两种环境放置不同时间,涂引发剂,再进行粘结;以及酸蚀吹干并涂引发剂后,于口内与口外两种环境放置不同时间后再进行粘结。测定各托槽的粘结强度。结果酸蚀吹干并涂引发剂后暴露于口腔环境中1分钟以上进行粘结,均会使粘结强度有所下降(P<0.05),以3分钟组最为明显。酸蚀吹干后暴露于口腔环境一段时间对粘结强影响不大(P>0.05),应考虑龈沟液污染等因素影响。结论建议在酸蚀牙面吹干后,逐一进行涂引发剂、粘结步骤,并于1分钟内完成这一程序。 Objective To assess the effect of oral environment factors on tensile bond strength of orthodontic adherence. Methods 500 extracted permanent human premolars were divided into four groups randomly. For the first and second groups, the teeth surfaces were primed and bonded with brackets in or out of the mouth 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 7 min, and 9 min after etching. For the third and fourth groups, the brackets were bonded onto the teeth surfaces in or out of the mouth with the same duration after smearing the primer. The bond strength was measured. Results When the enamel was primed and exposed to the oral environment more than 1 min, the bond strength was significantly decreased (P<0.05) . However, exposure to the oral environment after enamel preparation didn't influence the bond strength ( PBZ>0.05). Conclusion The procedure of adherence should be completed within 1 min for each tooth.
