摘要
以具有活血化淤作用的中药有效成分川芎嗪为原料,经溴化、O-烷基化、与2,4-噻唑烷二酮缩合反应合成了两个川芎嗪噻唑烷二酮类化合物,其结构经IR、1HNMR1、3CNMR及MS确证。
Two compounds of ligustrazine-thiazolinedione were synthesized from the starting material ligustrazine via bromination,O-alkylation,and condensation with 2,4-thiazolinedione.Their structures were characterized by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,and MS.
