婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻检测结果分析

Diarrhea of children with human rotavirus:analysis of detection results

目的了解唐山市婴幼儿腹泻患者轮状病毒(HRV)的感染情况,为临床治疗和预防提供科学依据。方法收集2007年4月-2009年3月腹泻病患儿粪便标本2413份,采用胶体金法检测轮状病毒。结果 2413份标本中,阳性率为25.20%,其中<2岁患儿占87.66%;男性标本共1362例,阳性率38.11%;女性标本1051例,阳性率37.16%。结论 HRV是唐山地区儿童腹泻病的主要病原体,<2岁儿童是HRV感染腹泻的易感人群,应注意防范。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection of human rotavirus（HRV） among the children in Tangshan. METHODS A total of 2413 diarrhea samples were collected in maternal and child health institute of Tangshan between 2007 Apr to Mar 2009 which were studied with colloidal gold device. RESULTS Out of 2413 samples investigated, 608（25.20%） were HRV positive. Most of the HRV positive specimens（87.66%） were from those children under two years old. Out of 1362 samples of boys investigated, 519 （38.110% ） were positive ;Out of 1051 samples of girls investigated, 391 （37. 16%）were positive. CONCLUSION HRV is one of the most important pathogens for diarrhea of children in Tangshan. HRV diarrhea is more prevalent among the children under two years old. It should attach importance to the prevention.
