临床分离铜绿假单胞菌的标本分布及耐药性分析

目的调查绍兴市人民医院2009年铜绿假单胞菌的样本分布和耐药性,给临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法收集临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌培养鉴定,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)测定20种抗菌药物的敏感情况,用WHONET5软件进行分析。结果 140株铜绿假单胞菌对所有抗菌药物均产生一定的耐药性,耐药率较高的依次为磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶、四环素、米诺环素、头孢噻肟、替卡西林/克拉维酸、氨曲南、头孢哌酮、哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢吡肟、左氧氟沙星、头孢他啶、亚胺培南、美罗培南、环丙沙星、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦,分别为98.57%、92.14%、90.71%、60.00%、45.71%、42.86%、33.57%、32.14%、31.43%、31.43%、30.00%、27.14%、25.71%、25.71%、22.14%、20.71%;耐药率较低者依次为庆大霉素、妥布霉素、阿米卡星、多黏菌素B,分别为17.86%、12.86%、9.29%、1.43%。结论铜绿假单胞菌对多种抗菌药物具有高度耐药性,应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa （PAE） isolated from Shaoxing People＇s Hospital and offer suggestions for the clinical application of drugs. METHODS The antibiotic susceptibilities to 20 kinds of antibiotics were tested by K-B method and analyzed by WHONET software. RESULTS The higher drug resistant rates Of PAE strains to cotrimoxazole, tetracycline, minocyeline, cefotaxime, ticareillin/clavulanic acid, aztreonam, eefoperazone, piperacillin, piperacillin/tazobactam, cefepime, levofloxacin, ceftazidime, imipenem, meropenem, ciprofloxacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam were 98. 57%, 92.14%, 90.71%, 60.00%, 45. 71%, 42. 86%, 33.57%, 32.14%, 31. 43%, 31.43%, 30.00%, 27.14%, 25.71%, 25. 71%, 22. 14% and 20. 71%, respectively. The lower drug resistant rates of PAE strains to gentamiein, tobramycin, amikacin, and polymyxin B were 17.86 %, 12.86 %, 9.29 % and 1.43%, respectively. CONCLUSION PAE isolated from our hospital shows high resistance to several kinds of antibiotics. The drugs should be chosen reasonably according to their antibiotic susceptibility results.
