疏肝温肾痰瘀双解汤配合针灸治疗老年性骨质疏松症

The Treatment Senile Osteoporosis of Using ShuGan WenShen TanYu ShuanJieTang and Acupuncture

目的:观察疏肝温肾痰瘀双解汤配合针灸治疗老年性骨质疏松症(OP)的临床疗效。方法:选取60例老年性OP患者,随机分为2组,治疗组口服疏肝温肾痰瘀双解汤配合针灸及常规西药治疗,对照组常规西药治疗。治疗前后进行疗效评判及治疗前后骨代谢生化指标变化。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率97%,明显优于对照组67%(P<0.05);治疗组BMD明显增加(P<0.05);治疗组中血清钙显著升高(P<0.01)、血清碱性磷酸酶显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝温肾痰瘀双解汤配合针灸在治疗老年性OP中能改善临床症状,增加血清钙和BMD作用,降低血清碱性磷酸酶。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ShuGan WenShen TanYu ShuanJieTang and acupuncture in treating OP.Methods：60 cases of senile OP were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with ShuGan WenShen TanYu ShuanJieTang together with acupuncture and conventional western medicine,the comparison group was treated with conventional western medicine and evaluate their efficacy before and after the treatment.Results：After six-month therapy,the efficacy of the treatment group was 97%,evidently better than the comparison group whose efficacy was 67%（P0.05）;and BMD of treatment group increased evidently（P0.05）;the density of serum calcium was pronouncely higher（P0.01）;while that of serum alkaline phosphatase was pronouncely lower than before.Conclusion：Treating OP with ShuGan WenShen TanYu ShuanJieTang with acupuncture can improve clinical symptoms,increased the function of serum calcium and BMD,and decrease serum alkaline phosphatase（SAP）.
