中药熥敷保健颈托的研制及临床应用

The Development and Clinical Application of Chinese Medicine Applying and Health Caring Neck Collar in Treating Cervical Spondylosis

目的:研制一种治疗颈椎病的中药火通敷保健颈托,并观察其临床疗效。方法:中药火通敷保健颈托由普通颈托与中药火通敷合剂药袋组成,药袋粘贴入特制的颈托凹陷内。选择160例颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用佩戴中药火通敷保健颈托治疗,对照组采用奇正炎痛贴治疗,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:观察组治愈率和有效率分别为72.5%和95.0%,对照组治愈率和有效率分别为48.75%和82.5%,2组治愈率和有效率比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药火通敷保健颈托治疗颈椎病明显优于奇正炎痛贴,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To develop a Chinese medicine applying and health caring neck collar in treating cervical spondylosis and observe its clinical efficacy.Methods：The Chinese medicine applying and health caring neck collar composed by the common carotid neck collar and Chinese mixture medicine bag,the drug bag was adhesived into special concave in neck paste.160 cases of cervical spondylosis were selected randomly to divide into observation group and comparison group,the observation group were wearing chinese medicine applying and health caring neck collar to apply health treatment,the comparison group were treated with QiZheng YanTong patch,to compare the efficacy after two periods of treatment.Results：The cure rate and efficiency of the observation group were respectively 72.5% and 95.0%,while those of the comparison group were respectively 48.75% and 82.5%,the comparison of cure rate and efficiency of the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine applying and health caring neck collar was significantly better than the QiZheng YanTong patch in treating cervical spondylosis,it has better clinical efficacy.
