Trait Identification and TLC Analysis on Mixed and Counterfeit of Evodia

目的:通过对药用吴茱萸的性状鉴定及TLC分析,明确其混、伪品的区别,为正确鉴定吴茱萸提供科学依据。方法:对被称为吴茱萸的8种药材分别进行性状鉴定、TLC分析,明确其显著异同点。结果:除香椒子以外的7种药材均含有吴茱萸碱、去甲基吴茱萸碱及羟基吴茱萸碱3种生物碱,但其斑点数不同,可依此加以区别。结论:明确了吴茱萸及其混、伪品的区别点,为正确鉴定药用吴茱萸并进一步开发应用吴茱萸及其同科药用植物资源,提高药材质量,提供了科学依据,以保证临床用药的安全、有效性。

Objective：To identify the difference between Evodia mix and counterfeit through the identification and TLC analysis,and provide a scientific basis for correct identification of Evodia.Methods：To make clear the significant similarities and differences of 8 kinds of herbs named Evodia by character identification and TLC analysis respectively.Results：The alkaloids all contained Evodiamine,demethylation Evodia alkaline and hydroxyl evodiamine in the Evodia,tigers,sparse hair Evodia,less Wu cornelian cherry fruit,spicy smell the tree,the South China Wu cornelian cherry and cornelian cherry Pap NG.But the number of spots were different which could be distinguished.And Hong pepper seeds did not contain these alkaloids.Conclusion：In orde to improve the quality of medicine and ensure the clinical drug safe and effective,we must identify the difference between evodia mix and counterfeit points through correct identification and further development and application for medicinal evodia and evodia resources.
