中药治疗颈椎病的机理研究概况 被引量:3

摘要 中药治疗颈椎病疗效确切,其机理研究从影响血液流变学、血流动力学、血管微循环到调节血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、血管内皮素(ET)及炎症介质、调节椎间盘细胞外基质、延缓椎间盘细胞凋亡等诸多方面均有了较深进展。今后的工作应走出单纯验证方药疗效的固有模式,使中药治疗颈椎病机理认识更加明晰和深化。 Chinese medicine is effective treatment of cervical spondylosis,and its mechanism has a deeper progress from the impact of hemorheology,hemodynamics,blood micro-circulation to the regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin(ET) and inflammatory mediators,to regulation of intervertebral disc extracellular matrix,to delaying apoptosis of intervertebral disc cells,and many other aspects of intervertebral disc cells.Future work should be out of the stereotype,so that Chinese medicine treatment of cervical disease is more clear and deepen understanding of the mechanism.
