摘要
分析了节能灯灯头塑料件的工艺特点,针对塑料件的实际情况,采用1模4腔,塑料件中间的螺纹段采用组合式型环来成型,塑料件底部的4个内侧卡扣采用斜顶抽芯机构成型,以解决塑料件内部空间不足、难以设置侧抽芯机构的问题。
The structure and technological characteristics of a energy-saving lamp. holder was analyzed, aiming at the fact of the product, a general structure design project was determined. The mould adopts four cavity, plastic parts for layout of the threaded section were molded by combined type ring, and plastic parts at the bottom of the four inside card buckle were molded by inclined top core-pulling mechanism. This methods solved the problem that the internal space was insufficient and the side core-pulling mechanism was hard to set.
