轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥脑脊液中一氧化氮水平的研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)在轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥中所起的作用。方法观察组为24例轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥患儿(惊厥发作次数≤2次),对照组Ⅰ为25例急性上呼吸道感染伴低热惊厥患儿(惊厥发作次数≤2次),对照组Ⅱ为14例脊膜膨出无惊厥患儿。检测3组患儿脑脊液中NO水平,并对其作统计学比较。结果观察组、对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ患儿脑脊液中NO水平分别为(24.05±6.11)、(10.27±4.54)和(7.17±3.82)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义;观察组脑脊液NO水平均显著高于2个对照组(P<0.01),而2个对照组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NO水平的升高可能参与了轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥的发病机制。
