近年来,随着全球化的深入发展,全球治理成为国际社会关注的热点。全球治理成为应对全球化发展的必然选择。全球治理是建立在共同文化价值观念基础之上的,其兴起与发展有深刻的文化根源,其局限主要在于文化差异和冲突。在全球范围内实现真正的全球治理,突破其局限的根本途径在于不同文化的交流与融合,形成有利于全人类可持续发展的共同文化价值观念。中国参与全球治理并在其中发挥重要作用的根本途径在于从文化方面影响世界。

In recent years, along with the deep-going development of globalization, global management has become the focus of attention in international community and an inevitable choice of most countries when facing the global development. This global idea is based on the common concept of cultural values, and therefore has in-depth cultural sources in terms of its rising and has limitations due to cultural differences and conflicts. In order to realize a genuine global management all over the world, the basic path for getting away with the limitations lies in the interflow and blending of the diversified cultures so as to form a common concept of cultural values beneficial to the sustainable development of all the human beings. The principal channel though which China is engaged in the global management and plays an important role is to influence the world with her culture.
