消化系统肿瘤干细胞研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)是肿瘤组织中一群为数不多的具有分化潜能、能自我更新的细胞。消化系统肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤,包括食管癌、胃癌、大肠癌、肝癌、胆囊癌、胰腺癌等近年来越来越多的研究发现肿瘤干细胞与消化系统肿瘤起源、发生、演进及预后有关,本文就消化系统肿瘤干细胞研究进展作一综述。
