基于多agent的企业集群内技术传播模型

摘要 采用基于多代理建模仿真的方法,应用Netlogo仿真软件,模拟新技术在企业集群这一复杂系统中的传播,观察企业集群对新科技的接受程度与技术传播速度之间的关系、人力资本投入比例和企业间的交流方式对企业平均收益的影响。对仿真结果的分析表明,若决策者能对集群中的企业加以引导,促使企业以更加开放的态度对待创新科技,鼓励企业间更多以主动方式传播经验及对人力资本适当投入,将会对集群整体的收益增加和竞争力提升起到积极正面的作用。 To simulate the process of diffusion of new technology in industrial clusters,which are complex systems,the approach of simulation by agent-based model is used,a kind of simulating software Netlogo is applied.A model is established to observe the relationship between the reception of new technology and the speed of diffusion of it in clusters.From the analysis of simulating result,it seems that if decision maker could guide the firms in the cluster,to make them more open to the new technology,to encourage them to impart their experience to others more initiatively,to advise them to invest to human capital more appropriately,the cluster will attain better benefit and become more competitive.
