摘要
该文对目前国际上现有的低碳认证的两种类型进行了介绍,并对认证的必要性、认证的存在问题及发展进行了深入浅出的阐述,以期对相关企业开展低碳认证提供思考和借鉴。
In this paper,an existing two types of low carbon certification were introduced,and the need for certification,problems and development of certification were explained in simple terms to the relevant enterprises to develop their thinking and learn to perform low carbon certification.
