柴油机机油冷却器水套结构的优化设计

摘要 对不同结构的冷却器水套进行了整机水套CFD计算,获得了机油换热器水套压力场分布、速度场分布和对流换热系数等信息,为优化设计机油换热器水套提供了理论依据,通过优化设计解决了发动机机油温度和水温偏高的工程问题。 According to different structure of oil cooler water jacket,full engine water jacket CFD was calculated,and oil cooler water jacket pressure field distributing,speed field distributing and convection exchanging coefficient information and so on were obtained,which provide academic basis for optimized design of oil heat interchanger jacket.By optimized design,higher engine oil temperature and water temperature was solved.
