上颌窦底内提升术同期种植体植入的临床研究

摘要 目的研究Summers骨凿提升上颌窦底同期种植修复上颌后牙缺失骨高度不足病例的临床疗效。方法上颌后牙缺失病例21例,剩余牙槽骨高度平均7.2mm,以Summers骨凿行上颌窦内提升同期种植术,共植入29颗OsstemSSⅡ种植体。术后6~9个月修复,随访18~36个月。结果观察期内种植体留存率为96.6%,28颗种植体成功负载,稳定,骨结合良好,1颗因感染拔除。术后6个月X线片示窦底平均提升3.2mm。结论 Summers骨凿提升上颌窦底同期种植术能有效治疗上颌后牙区上颌窦底牙槽骨高度不足的牙缺失。 Objective Investigate clinical effect of maxillary sinus floor lifting and immediate dental implantation by use of Summers osteotome on cases with maxillary posterior teeth deficiency and alveolar bone height lack.Methods For 21 disease cases with maxillary posterior teeth deficiency(Average height of remaining alveolar bone was 7.2 mm),maxillary sinus floor lifting and immediate dental implantation was carried out by use of Summers osteotome.Totally,29 Osstem SS Ⅱ dental implants were implanted.Repair was carried out at 6 to 9 months after operation,and follow-up was made at 18 to 36 months after operation.Results The retention rate of dental implants was 96.6% in observation period.28 dental implants successfully loaded and fixed and synosteosis was good.While one dental implant was removed due to infection.X-ray film of postoperative 6th month showed that sinus floor averagely lifted by 3.2 mm.Conclusion Maxillary sinus floor lifting and immediate dental implantation by use of Summers osteotome could effectively treat cases with maxillary posterior teeth deficiency and alveolar bone height lack.
