摘要
提出了基于信号波形特征值和断路器机械动作时序性关系,反映断路器各部件机械特性的高压断路器机械状态诊断新思路。通过介绍根据该思路研制的高压断路器机械状态自动诊断辅助系统的系统原理、系统构成、运行效果以及进一步的扩展试验,表明基于特征值的诊断算法理论,具有反映弹簧操动机构机械状态的普遍意义。
The new methods of high voltage circuit-breaker mechanical state diagnosis for components of circuit-breaker was presented in this paper,which based on the relationship of signal waveform eigenvalue and circuit-breaker operating time sequence.Then,the system principle,system structure,operation effect and expansion test of high voltage circuit-breaker mechanical state auto-diagnosis auxiliary system were introduced.it shows the diagnosis algorithm theory based on characteristic value has universal significance to reflect spring operation mechanism state.
