800kV罐式SF6断路器操动机构频繁打压现象分析

Phenomenon Analysis for Frequent Pressuring of 800 kV Tank SF_6 Circuit Breaker's Operating Mechanism

高压断路器是变电站中仅次于变压器的高压开关设备,起着控制和保护的作用,为了保证750 kV超高压输变电工程安全运行,排除高压电气设备运行中可能存在的安全隐患,对黄河750 kV变电站采用的LW13-800罐式SF6断路器操动机构进行了介绍,分析了变电站断路器操动机构出现的频繁打压现象,并结合750 kV变电站现场运行经验提出了相应的解决办法和预防措施,对今后加强LW13-800罐式SF6断路器现场运行具有一定的借鉴意义。

The importance of high-voltage circuit breaker is only inferior to transformer in substation,its function is the controlling and protection of the system.This paper introduced operating mechanism of LW13-800 tank circuit breaker＇s in Huanghe 750 kV substation,analysed the phenomenon of frequent pressuring of circuit breaker＇s operating mechanism,and presented the solutions and preventive measures to such problems which can be of significance to strengthen LW13-800 tank circuit breaker＇s field operation in the future.
