不同时辰中药保留灌肠对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效影响的护理研究

Study for the impact of retention enema by Chinese traditional Medicine at different hour for patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨不同时辰中药保留灌肠对药物保留时间及灌肠疗效的影响。方法将60例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组在辰时(7∶00～9∶00)进行灌肠,对照组在常规时间戌时(19∶00～21∶00)进行灌肠。比较两组每天灌肠前排便率、灌肠后保留时间以及灌肠后的疗效,观察周期为15d(一个疗程)。结果灌肠前平均排便率观察组为83.6%,对照组灌肠前平均排便率为18.3%,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);平均保留时间观察组为(828.22±341.87)min,对照组为(558.23±164.65)min,差异有显著意义(P=0.001);观察组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为78.6%,差异有显著意义(P=0.009)。结论不同时辰中药保留灌肠可以增加药物在肠道内的保留时间并可提高中药保留灌肠的疗效。

Objective To study the impact of retention enema by Chinese traditional Medicine at different hour. Method 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The observation group practice enema at 7 ： 00-9 ： 00 comparing with the control group at routine hour （19 ： 00-21 ： 00）. The percentage of bowel movement hefore enema, the retention time and the curative effects for 15 days （one period） was compared between the two groups. Result The average percentage of bowel movement in observation group （83.6 %） was much higher than that of in control group （18. 3% ）（P〈0.01）. The average retention time was （828. 22 ± 341.87） rain in observation group compared with（ 558.23 ± 164, 65） rain in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups（P= 0. 001）. The gross percentage of validity in observation group （92. 3%） was higher than that of in control group（78. 6%）（P= 0. 009）. Based on the Spearman and Kendall correlation coefficients analysis between the efficacy and retennon time, There was significant correlation between effects and retention time （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Practice retention enema at different time can increase the retention time and curative effects
