Progress of Asymmetric Membrane Osmotic Drug Delivery Systems

摘要 不对称膜渗透泵是一类新型渗透泵释药系统,兼具不对称膜和渗透泵的优点,在缓控释领域有广泛的应用前景。本文综述了不对称膜渗透泵的研究概况与进展,阐述了不对称膜结构特征和制备方法,并着重介绍了影响释药行为的处方工艺因素及其释药机理。 Asymmetric membrane(AM) osmotic drug delivery systems(ODDS) are novel ODDS with semi-permeable AM,combining advantages of AM with ODDS.It is expected that they can be widely applied in sustained and controlled release.The recent developments in AM-ODDS are reviewed in the article.The asymmetric membrance properties and the processing were introduced.Special emphasis was focused on the effect of formulation and process variables,and the mechanistic investigation of drug release through AM.
