摘要
利用数值模拟技术,对一座采用蓄热燃烧的台车式加热炉加热钢坯的过程进行了数学模拟实验研究。研究得出三种不同烧嘴布置方案的钢坯温度分布,模拟结果符合现场实际,对优化加热炉设计具有指导意义。
By using numerical simulation technology,researched mathematical model experimental study about the process of heated billet in car-bottom regenerative combustion heating furnace.Study obtained billet temperature distribution of three different layouted burners.The simulation results matched the actual site,and it is guide meaningful on the optimization of heating furnace design.
