氧气顶吹转炉二次燃烧技术的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用冷态模拟实验与工业性试验相结合的方法,通过几何计算和模拟,确定副氧孔角度;其次对氧气射流进行冷态测量,从气体动力学角度了解氧气流股特性;然后在转炉生产过程中进行工业性试验。建立二次燃烧预测模型,可预测二次燃烧率的近似值,进而可估算废钢比。 Through geometry calculation and cold modeling,the angle of assistant hole of lance tip was determined.The efflux characteristic of oxygen was measured by cold model measure.The production test was done on BOF.Based on the result of production test,suitable oxygen lance tip was determined.The forecast model set up has common use in some scale.When the oxygen supply was stable,the ratio of postcombustion can be foreseen approximately.Then,ratio of waste steel addition can be estimated.
