中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭76例

Treatment of 76 Chronic Heart Failure Patients with Integrative Medicine

慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是一类复杂的临床症候群,其临床主要表现有心悸、胸闷、喘憋、上腹胀痛、心前区有压迫感、咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、双下肢水肿等。慢性心力衰竭为各种心脏病的严重阶段,也是大多数心血管疾病的最终归宿及最主要死亡原因。属中医心悸、喘证、痰饮、水肿等范畴,《中医内科疾病诊疗常规》将其命名为"心衰"。我们采用中西医结合的方法治疗慢性心力衰竭,收到了较好的临床疗效。

Chronic heart failure （CHF） is a group of complicated syndromes with such manifestations as palpitation, stifling sensation of chest, distending pain in epigastric region, pressure in heart region, cough, cough with blood and sputum, lower limbs edema. CHF is the advanced stage and is also the main reason of death of all kids of heart diseases. It is in the categories of palpitation, asthma, phlegm, and edema in TCM field. We treated CHF patients with integrated western and TCM and got good effect.
