摘要
通过对现浇混凝土无肋空心板的荷载试验,主要研究了现浇混凝土无肋空心板的受力与变形性能,并用ANSYS有限元软件对试验模型进行了分析。试验研究表明,现浇混凝土无肋空心板的受力与变形性能与普通实心板相似,可分为弹性变形、弹塑性变形和塑性变形3个变形阶段,现浇混凝土无肋空心板在不同阶段对外加荷载变形响应特征明显。裂缝发展伴随整个试验过程,每个阶段裂缝的发展呈现明显的特征性,最后破坏时,裂缝的充分发展证明了板良好的塑性变形性能,以及裂缝分布情况说明现浇混凝土无肋空心板的破坏符合塑性铰理论。ANSYS软件结果分析与试验结果符合良好。
Through cast-in-situ concrete non-ribbed hollow plate load test,main research the property of cast-in-situ concrete non-ribbed hollow plate's force and deformation,and with the ANSYS finite element software for analysis of the test model.Experimental studies have shown that the cast-in-situ concrete non-ribbed hollow plate's deformation is similar to ordinary solid plate,with can be divided into the elastic deformation stage,the elastic-plastic deformation stage and the plastic deformation stage,for the specimen,different stages of deformation characteristics were significantly different for the external-loading.Cracks developed along the entire testing process,cracks development at each stage have apparent characteristic.The full development of cracks befor destruction shows the plate has good performance of plastic deformation,the collapse mechanism accords well with plastic-line theory.Finite element analysis shows that theoretical results accord well with test result.
