肾虚质大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-4水平的实验研究

Experimental study of IL-1β and IL-4 level of Kidney Deficiency Rats

目的研究肾虚质大鼠外周血清细胞因子IL-1β、IL-4含量的变化情况,探讨肾虚体质免疫稳态失衡的内在机理。方法采用猫吓孕鼠加房劳的方法,建立复合型肾虚质动物模型,研究肾虚质大鼠免疫水平的变化及补肾药的干预作用。结果肾虚质大鼠外周血清的IL-1β、IL-4的水平高于空白对照组(P<0.05);用中药干预后其血清IL-1β、IL-4含量有所降低(P<0.05)。结论建立惊恐加房劳的复合型肾虚质动物模型,具有中医理论特色和操作的可行性。肾虚质大鼠免疫稳态失衡状态可能与免疫细胞因子IL-1β、IL-4的异常有关,而补肾中药可以改善肾虚质大鼠免疫稳态失衡的状态。

Objective To study. IL - 1β and IL - 4 content change in kidney deficiency rats and discuss inner mechanism of kidney deficiency constitution immunity imbalance. Methods Kidney deficiency model was made by being scared by cats and sexual overstrain. Immunity level change and tonifying kidney herbs were sutied. Result IL - 1β and IL -4 content of kidney deficiency rats was higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Herb group＇s content lowered （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It＇s workable to make kidney deficiency model with fear and overstrain according to TCM theory. Immunity imbalance of kidney deficiency rats probably related to abnormal level of IL - 1β and IL -4. Tonifying kidney herbs can improve immunity imbalance of kidney deficiency.
