太白大黄的生药学研究

Pharmacognosy study of Taibai Daihuang

目的对太白大黄进行生药学全面研究,为鉴别该品种提供依据。方法通过对原值物形态和药用部位的性状观察对其进行描述,通过组织切片观察其组织特征,并通过TCL和荧光反应测试其化学成分。结果太白大黄与大黄属其他供药用的几种大黄在植物形态、药材性状及组织结构方面存在明显差异。结论太白大黄为太白地区一味常用中草药,被广泛使用,其详细成份有待进一步研究。

Objective To throughly study pharmacognosy of daihuang and provide basis for differentiation. Methods Original plant and herbal part was observed. Tissue was studied by slicing and chemistry component was tested by TCL and f; iprescence reaction. Result There was obvious difference on plant shape, herb character and tissue structure between Taibai daihuang and other plants in Rheum family. Conclusion Taibai da huang is be used usually, it＇s chemistry component will be studied in the future.
