商品混凝土综合法测强中考虑含水率影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 依据国家相关技术规程,对青岛地区的商品混凝土试块进行了回弹值、超声声速值、碳化深度值、含水率值和试块抗压强度值测试,共取得1600多组有效数据。依据这些数据,分析了含水率对商品混凝土综合测强曲线的影响,分别建立了包含含水率与不含含水率的综合测强曲线,对两类综合测强曲线的回归误差进行了对比分析。最后,利用实际工程中的检测数据对以上两条综合测强曲线进行了验证对比。结果表明,考虑含水率影响的综合测强曲线具有较高的检测精度。 According to the national related regulations,ultrasonic speed,rebound values,the deepness of carbonization,the water content and the strength of commercial concrete are acquired in qingdao area.Based on the total more than 1600 groups of efficient test data,the influence of water content on commercial concrete ultrasonic-rebound curve are analyzed and the concrete ultrasonic-rebound curve considering water content or not are established.The regression errors of two kinds of ultrasonic-rebound curves are analyzed.At last,the actual engineering test data are utilized to validate that the ultrasonic-rebound curve considering water content has more precision.
