沿河砂子空心李与贵定盘江酥李的酯酶同工酶分析 被引量:7

摘要 为贵州酥李品种的种类鉴定做一佐证,选取沿河县砂子空心李和贵定县盘江酥李进行酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明,2个品种均有3条谱带,结合植物学形态观察,两者应为同一品种类型,但沿河县砂子空心李的B3谱带较贵定县盘江酥李的B3谱带宽而且色浓,这是否为二者间性状差异的特征谱带还有待于进一步深入研究。 Esterase isozyme of hollow plum in Shazi town of Yanhe county and crisp plum in Panjiang town of Guiding county were analyzed to provide evidence for variety identification.Results showed that they should be the same variety for both of them had three bands taking their botanical morphologic observation into consideration,but the B3 band of hollow plum was wider with thicker color than that of crisp plum.It was still needed to study whether B3 band was the key band of the character differentiation of hollow plum in Shazi town of Yanhe county and crisp plum in Panjiang town of Guiding county.
