复合盐胁迫对小麦幼苗生理指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为初步弄清复合盐对小麦幼苗的毒害机理,采用室内水培法研究了不同浓度复合盐对小麦幼苗生理活性的影响。结果表明:在复合盐胁迫下,小麦幼苗的过氧化物酶活性、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量均随复合盐浓度的上升逐渐增大,且均以临丰615最高,临旱536次之,烟农19最低。不同品种间(除临旱536外)和不同复合盐浓度间小麦幼苗的过氧化物酶活性、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量均存在极显著差异。 Effect of mixed salt stress on physiological indexes of wheat seedling were studied by indoor water culture method to primarily clarify the poison mechanism.The results showed that the peroxidase activity,proline content and malondialdehyde content of wheat seedling increased with the increase of mixed salt concentration under mixed salt stress,of which Linfeng 615 was the highest,Linhan 536 took the second place and Yannong 19 was the lowest.There were very significant differences of peroxidase activity,proline content and malondialdehyde content between different varieties and different mixed salt concentrations.
