摘要
为给日本草履蚧的综合治理提供依据,采用直接喷雾法,测试了几种杀虫剂对日本草履蚧成虫的防效。结果表明:在室内防治成虫供试药剂中,药后1 d,1%甲维盐乳油500倍液的防治效果最高,为100%;40%杀扑磷乳油500倍液防效为82.98%;10%一遍净粉剂3 000倍液防效较低,仅为7.09%。除10%一遍净粉剂3 000倍液外,其他药剂在药后5 d7、d的防效均有不同程度提高。在田间试验中,药后7 d,1%甲维盐乳油的防效可达55%以上,其中500倍液的防效最好,为81.17%。
The control effect of seven pesticides against Drosicha corpulenta adults was tested by the direct spraying method to provide the scientific basis for integrated control of Drosicha corpulenta.The results showed that the indoor control rate of 1% emamectin benzoate EC（×500）,40%methidathion EC（×500） and 10% imidacloprid WP（×3000） was 100%,82.98% and 7.09% after 1 day separately,the indoor control rate of 7 tested pesticides increased in varying degrees after 5d and 7d except 10% imidacloprid WP（×3000）,and the field control rate of 1% emamectin benzoate EC（×500）reached more than 81.17% 7d later.
