摘要
为了解菲在农田土壤中的积累及其生态毒性,通过对水稻土中添加菲进行室内培养,研究不同添加量对土壤中菲的可浸提性变化及其对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,土壤中菲的可浸提性随着培养时间的延长而逐渐下降,其下降幅度随着土壤中菲添加量的增加而增大;培养56 d后,空白对照土壤中菲的可浸提率下降了12%,而添加菲(0.4~3.2μg/g)的处理中,菲的可浸提率下降了53.8%~80.0%,下降幅度与对照存在显著差异。土壤中添加菲对土壤脲酶活性有抑制作用,对土壤磷酸酶活性有激活作用,磷酸酶和脲酶活性可以作为菲污染土壤初期的生态毒性指标。
The indoor experiment of paddy soil added with phananthrene was conducted to study effects of different phananthrene additive amount on phenanthrene extractability and enzyme activity in paddy soil for understanding its accumulation in soil and ecological toxicity.The results showed that the phenanthrene extractability in paddy soil declined gradually with extension of culture time and its decline range increased with the increase of phenanthrene additive amount,the phenanthrene extractability of CK and the treatments with 0.4~3.2μg/g phenanthrene additive amount decreased by 12% and 53.8%~80.0% after 56d respectively and there was significant difference in decline range between CK and treatments.The adding phenanthrene in paddy soil had inhibition effect on urease activity and activation on phosphatase in soil.Therefore,the urease and phosphatase activity can used as initial ecological toxicity indicators of phenanthrene pollution in soil.
