摘要
上海浦东临江饮用水厂的20×104m3/d常规处理扩建工程及60×104m3/d深度处理工程为上海世博会的重点配套项目,临江水厂采用了预臭氧/Actiflo/TGV滤池/中间臭氧-活性炭/紫外消毒处理工艺。经过调试优化,最终出厂水水质得到了较大提高,有效地降低了CODMn、总有机碳、氨氮、色度等指标,增加了水中的溶解氧,改善了嗅味和口感,微生物指标得到了进一步的保障,其设计经验值得借鉴。
The conventional treatment extension project of 20 ×10^4m3/d and the advanced treat- ment project of 60 ×10^4m3/d of Shanghai Pudong Linjiang Water Treatment Plant are key supporting pro- jects of Shanghai World Expo. Linjiang Water Treatment Plant adopts the combined process of pre-ozona- tion, Actiflo~ settler, TGV filter, intermediate ozonation, activated carbon and ultraviolet disinfection. After commissioning and optimization, the finished water quality is greatly improved, CODMn, total organ- ic carbon, ammonia nitrogen, color and other indicators are effectively reduced, dissolved oxygen in the water is increased, smell and taste are improved, and microbial indicators are also further guaranteed. The design experience is worth to be learned.
