城市地下管网应急响应与指挥调度系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Emergency Response, Command and Dispatch System for Urban Underground Networks

摘要 针对城市地下管网事故处理中应急响应方面的不足,设计开发了基于GPS/GIS/GPRS的管网应急响应与指挥调度系统,介绍了系统框架、工作流程、开发平台、关键技术(基于GSM/GPRS的移动通信、数据库扫描、爆管分析、最短路径分析、三维管网漫游、三维环境导航图制作),为及时解决现代城市频发的管线事故提供了一个可行的方案。 Aimed at the deficiency of emergency response in treatment of urban underground net- work accidents, an emergency response, command and dispatch system based on GPS/GIS/GPRS was developed. The system framework, working flow, development platform and key technologies including mobile communication based on GSM/GPRS, database scanning, pipe break analysis, shortest path anal- ysis, three-dimensional network roaming and preparation of three-dimensional guiding map are intro- duced. A feasible scheme is proposed to deal with promptly frequent pipeline accidents in modern cities.
