As the Central Work Conference on Xinjiang's Development has made clear the strategic tasks and tactics of advancing Xinjiang's development by leaps and bounds and long-term security,Xinjiang has entered into an important period of historical opportunity for large-scale construction and great development. So,this article puts forward some 'big ideas' on building a financial supporting mechanism which favours Xinjiang's development by leaps and bounds and long-term security.
