摘要
文章以甘肃甘南夏河县、天水市张家川以及新疆轮台县部分农村中小学生为例,对西北少数民族地区农村中小学生课外读物现状进行了问卷调查和个别访谈,认为该地区中小学生课外读物配置、使用等方面存在一些亟待解决的问题,进而提出加大公益性资源配置力度、开发农家书屋教育服务功能、加强少数民族语言文字课外读物出版等方面的对策性建议。
Taking some primary and middle school students from Xiahe County of Gannan Prefecture,Zhangjiachuan County of Tianshui Municipality of Gansu Province and Luntai County of Xinjiang for example,the authors conducted questionnaire investigation and interview on the current situation of extracurricular reading materials for primary and middle school students in northwest China's ethnic minority regions. The article holds that some problems in the allocation and using of extracurricular reading materials for primary and middle school students in these regions need to be solved and makes some suggestions,such as to make greater efforts to allocate the resources for public welfare,to fully develop the education-serving function of the Farmers' Book House and improve the publication work of extracurricular reading materials in ethnic minority languages.
