摘要
本文介绍了热释光剂量测量系统探测阈的定义及作用,分析了读出器对系统探测阈的主要影响因素,通过试验研究了加热盘、滤光镜、环境因素及测量气氛对探测阈的影响。提出了有效提高测量灵敏度和探测阈性能指标的方法措施,通过GR-200A型LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光探测器对RGD-6型转盘式热释光仪刻度后,最佳测量条件下最小探测阈可达0.044μGy。
In this work, we investigated detection threshold of a thermoluminescence (TL) dosimetry system. Main factors of the TL reader affecting the detection threshold were analyzed. The influences of metallic planchet, filter, environments and atmosphere on the detection threshold were investigated experimentally. The ways to improve the sensitivity and detection threshold were proposed. The detection threshold of RGD-6 rotary reader was 0.044 μGy after the reader was calibrated by GR-200A LiF(Mg,Cu,P) TLD.
