摘要
在分析CNG加气站储气井套管腐蚀失效现象的基础上,根据CNG加气站储气井的工况,结合国内外研究成果,探讨了该套管腐蚀疲劳失效机理,初步建立了腐蚀疲劳裂纹萌生理论和腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展理论。以某CNG储气井的封头为例,分析计算了35CrMo材料的临界裂纹尺寸,提出了计算时应该注意的相关问题。
Based on the analysis of the corrosion fatigue invalidation phenomenon and the actually work situation,this paper is concerned with corrosion fatigue mechanism of CNG storage well thimble.As a preliminary research step,the crack production and spreading theory of CNG storage well thimble by referencing to some newest research results were carried out.Taking the cementation craft of CNG storage well as example,the critical crack dimension of 35CrMo was analyzed,and correlation key questions was put forward.
