特殊螺纹接头主要参数对密封性能的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Main Parameter on Seal of Premium Connection

对于金属-金属密封结构的特殊螺纹接头,保证接头的密封可靠性非常重要。应用有限元方法分析了连接螺纹的锥度配合、中径及密封直径的过盈量对特殊接头密封性能的影响,结果表明,三者对接头密封面接触压力影响很大,其中内、外螺纹的锥度配合对密封面接触压力的数值影响最大,密封面直径过盈量影响次之;在内螺纹锥度较大时,螺纹中径过盈量对密封面接触压力的数值影响较大;不合适的螺纹参数匹配将导致密封面在拉伸载荷作用下失去密封能力。研究结果有助于优化特殊螺纹接头结构设计和加工控制,为现场检测判断接头的适用性提供技术依据。

For the premium connection with metal-metal seal,it is essential to ensure the seal of the premium connection.This paper analyses the effect of the taper,pitch diameter and seal diameter on the seal of premium connection.The analysis shows that the matching of taper of box and pin,pitch diameter and seal diameter have much effect on the seal of the premium connection.The matching of taper of box and pin has the most effect and the seal diameter next.When the taper of box is lager than that of pin,the pitch diameter has the much effect.The improper matching of pin and box thread parameters will lead to the absence of seal capacity of the metal-metal seal.The results provide the technical supports for the design,machining,and on-site evaluation of fit-for-service of premium connection.
