摘要
浮选机利用油水表面的物理、化学性质差异来去除水中的油滴及悬浮物,是目前陆地油田应用最广泛的污水处理设备之一。海上平台受甲板空间及建造费用的限制,要求在处理量及效果相同的情况下尽量减小气浮选设备的尺寸,以节约平台建造成本。旋流式气浮选装置以其占地面积少、无污染等优点受到海上石油平台的青睐,并在中海油绥中36-1CEPK平台首次成功应用,为海上平台污水处理技术探索出一条新途径。
The physical and chemical character is used to skip off the oil-in-water in flotation device,which is one of the most used technologies in land oilfield.On offshore platform,the deck is so limited and the limit of cost requires the same treatment volume and efficiency,the size of such device is reduced to safe platform cost.The cyclone flotation device is small in size,no pollution and is well accepted.The first successful application in SZ36-1CEPK platform showed its new application for offshore platform.
