工频磁场对电磁继电器动态特性影响的三维有限元分析 被引量:10

摘要 外部磁场对于电磁继电器动态特性的干扰,是研究继电器电磁兼容性的一个重要内容。本文以典型的拍合式电磁继电器为研究对象,针对其受到工频磁场干扰的情况,采用三维有限元方法建立了仿真模型。通过仿真计算,详细分析了继电器的吸合时间、电磁力矩、吸合速度以及吸合电流随外部工频磁场变化的规律,并定量给出了动态特性的各参数随磁场变化的曲线。实验结果和仿真分析结果符合得较好,从而验证了仿真分析的正确性。本文所得结论对于研究电磁继电器的电磁兼容性和抗干扰能力具有一定的借鉴意义。 Research on interference caused by the outer magnetic field is very important for studying the electromagnetic compatibility of the electromagnetic relay.In the paper,3D finite element method(FEM) is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic relay interfered by power frequency field.The models of electromagnetic relay and outer power frequency magnetic field are founded.Through simulation and analysis,it is found out how the operation time,electromagnetic torque of electromagnetic relay,the pick-up velocity and the coil current changed with the outer interfered magnetic field.The relationship between the parameters of relay and magnetic field is quantitatively described.The experiment results agree well with the simulation,so the validity of the simulation is proved.The conclusion in this paper is of great value for research on the electromagnetic compatibility of electromagnetic relay.
