摘要
采用平行合成法,以硝酸为硝化试剂,在两相溶剂体系中对六种取代苯酚进行硝化,制得对应的邻硝基苯酚,其结构经1H NMR和MS确证。考察了溶剂体系和反应温度对硝化反应的影响,结果显示在CH2Cl2/H2O或Et2O/H2O组成的两相溶剂体系中于25℃~40℃反应,硝化反应具有良好的位置选择性,并且收率较高。
o-Nitrophenols(2a~2f) were prepared by nitration of six substituted phenols using HNO3 as a nitration reagent in liquid-liquid biphasic system by a parallel synthetic method.The structures were confirmed by 1HNMR and MS.The effect of reaction temperature and solvent system on the nitration were investigated.The results showed that the nitration exhibited good regioselectivity and yields in CH2Cl2/H2O or Et2O/H2O at 25℃~40 ℃.
