摘要
一个新品质的轻合金车轮在开发过程中除了考虑外形结构设计、技术参数、材料、生产工艺等一系列问题外,还要考虑产品形成的最终成本。如何使一个新开发的车轮满足外形新颖美观,性能优越,制造成本最低等要求,需在产品开发过程中,借助试验手段来调整结构、材料成分、产品质量和热处理工艺等参数,使新产品获得最佳设计和制造方案。
In the process of developing a new quality light alloy wheel besides the consideration of appearance structure design, technical data, materials, pressing, etc. one more thing is the final cost. How to make a new wheel to meet the demands such as a new and beautiful appearance, excellent permance and rain cost, it needs an optimum design solution which should be formulated with the test measures to adjust the structure, material constitution, product quality, heat treatment, etc.
