摘要
在高温高压下,单螺杆膨化挤压机挤出工作一段时间后产生磨损,从磨损失效机理分析入手,与螺杆和膨化腔的材料性能、几何参数和熔融物料粘度、速度、载荷相结合,确定膨化机的磨损形式主要为螺杆表面的疲劳磨损,建立磨损厚度计算公式,推导计算公式中的参数,并用秸秆饲料膨化实例进行了计算和讨论,为进一步研究膨化机的耐磨损设计提供依据。
In the high temperature and high pressure extrusion work after a period of time the single screw extruder wear,start from analyzing wear mechanism, combined with the material properties, geometric parameters and molten, material viscosity, speed, load of screw and expansion chamber, confirm the extruder wear form mainly for screw surface fatigue wear, establish a calculation formula of wear thickness, deduce the parameter of calculation formula, execute the calculation and discussion with stalk feed extrusion example, for the further study of extruder wear resistance design provides basis.
