Analysis of the Rural Special Technical Association’s Role in the New Agricultural Social Service System

针对新型农业社会化服务体系与农技协的关系,采用理论结合案例分析方法,以北京市为例,归纳了农技协在农业社会化服务中的作用,并借鉴国外先进经验,提出了农技协在促进新型农业社会化服务体系建设中的对策。

In view of the relationship between the new agricultural social service system and the rural special technical association, by the method of integrating theory with case studies, this paper sums up the rural special technical association’s role in the new agricultural social service system in Beijing City as an example,and drawing lessons from overseas, points out the suggestions for the RSTA in strengthening the new rural agricultural community service system construction.
