Develop Farmer Professional Cooperative Organization and Promote Construction of New Socialized Service System for Agriculture——Taking Banana Industry as Example

农民专业合作经济组织作为新型农业社会化服务体系的重要组织基础,在为农业生产提供大量的技术、物资、资金、信息、运销和经营指导等产前、产中、产后一系列服务方面发挥了重要的作用。文章采用理论结合案例分析方法,以香蕉产业为例探讨农民专业合作经济组织进行农业社会化服务的功能作用,分析其在为农业提供社会化服务中存在的问题,并针对问题提出促进新型农业社会化服务体系建设的对策建议。

As one important organization basis of new socialized service system for agriculture, Farmer Professional Cooperative Organization has played an important role in the respect of providing series of service of before delivery, during-production, post-delivery for agriculture producing such as technology, goods and materials, fund, information, transportation and sale, management guiding and so on. By way of an analysis method which combines theory with cases, the stduy, taking banana industry as example, investigates and discusses the functional effect of Farmer Professional Cooperative Organization on socialized services for agriculture , analyses the existing problems in the process of providing socialized services for agriculture, and submits the countermeasure suggestions for promoting the construction of new socialized service system for agriculture.
