Analysis and Recommendations on Commonweal Organizations of Peasant Workers

从拓宽传统农民工社会保障工作的视角,将NGO作为政府维护农民工合法权益的重要补充,分析了农民工公益组织的基本情况、影响与制约因素,并从政府角度对管理和规范农民工公益组织提出相关对策和建议。

From the perspective of broaden the traditional social security of peasant workers, this paper stresses that we should take NGO as the important supplement for government to protect peasant workers’ legal rights and interests, analyzes the basic situation, affects and constrains of commonweal organizations of peasant workers, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how government regulate and standardize the commonweal organizations of peasant workers.
